You are welcome here, and there is nothing further to arrange. I don't have a separate service, a separate gallery or a separate price list. I photograph your wedding the same way I photograph anyone's.
Practically: I won't assume who is walking down the aisle, who is getting ready where, or what anyone is wearing. I'll ask, once, in our first conversation, and then I'll get on with it. Tell me the names and pronouns you use and I'll use them, in person and in your gallery.
This page exists because people shouldn't have to guess whether they'll be welcome, or spend an enquiry email working out how to raise something.
I'm AuDHD, and before photography I spent seven years managing care for adults and children with neurodiversities. So this is familiar ground rather than something I'm accommodating.
Things I can do without it being a fuss: give you warning before group photos rather than springing them on you, build in quiet time and tell you when it's coming, keep instructions short and concrete, send you a written plan in advance so nothing on the day is a surprise, stay further back during the parts you find hardest, and skip anything you'd rather not do at all.
You don't have to explain why you need any of it. Just say what would help.
Tell me about anything that affects how your day moves and I'll plan around it. If a venue has limited access, I'll work with what's there rather than asking you to change your day for my photographs.
For photo booth hire, the Magic Mirror needs step-free access to where it's set up. Lifts are fine, stairs are not. Where that isn't possible, the Vintage Selfie Pod is a smaller, self-service alternative that fits almost anywhere. Just tell me about the space and I'll tell you which one works.
I hold an enhanced DBS check. I don't publish photographs showing children's faces on my website or social media, and I'll always ask before sharing any image of your guests.
